I am having trouble starting number 1 for this Homework set. Does anyone have any advice?

Please follow the following steps:
1- From Table A-8: find C and I of the section (C is the outer radius of the tube)
2- From Table A-9-7: find the formula of the maximum moment in terms of W.
3- Use this equation to find W: Sy = M.C/I
Be careful about the units.
