Do we only have to submit the answers electronically on WebWork, or is there a place to submit our work on paper too?

You need to submit your answer electronically. It is mentioned in Syllabus:

"Homework: assigned weekly. Answers due electronically by the reduced scoring date/time. Homework accepted up to immediately following lecture, with 50% penalty (called due date in Webwork)."
