I am having a bit of trouble getting the final answer for question 4. The torque and reaction force were fine and straight forward. But I feel like I am missing something for the reaction moment. I am not really sure where to start with that part.

Translate the force from the end of the L rod to point B, then add lengths a and b together. Then calculate the moment this force and length cause on the origin. This will be equal and opposite to your reaction moment.
